American Chestnut Foundation Rain Garden
The rain garden at The American Chestnut Foundation (TACF) Glenn C. Price Research Farm was a collaboration between TACF, Upper Tennessee River Roundtable, and Washington County Master Gardeners, and was funded through a TMDL grant. The rain garden captures and treats runoff from the roof gutters, and is integrated into the arrival experience of the research center. The garden was designed to work in concert with a native wildflower garden previously installed by the Washington County Master Gardeners.
* The TACF project was completed while employed with Graham Landscape Architecture.
